Our History
Serving Southwest Montana since 1981, A-1 Ambulance Inc. has been providing exceptional emergency medical services to Butte for over 4 decades. Owned and operated locally, we take pride in our Mining City heritage and caring for those within our community.

Outstanding pre-hospital care is our top priority at A-1 Ambulance. We have rigorous protocols in place to ensure the safety & wellbeing of our patients, our team, and the public. Our ambulances are regularly inspected and maintained to ensure they are in excellent working condition. Our staff train on latest practices in EMS regularly, to ensure they are always in the ready. Many of our apparatus feature state of the art technology to improve your care.
Our Commitment to the community
We proudly provide Advanced Life Support (ALS) Transport, Basic Life Support (BLS) Transport, Back Country Emergency Response, Event Stand-By coverage, and support to our fellow first responders by providing on-scene ambulance staging for structure fires, law enforcement operations, and hazardous material incidents in Butte-Silver Bow.
